Job Description
Tampa Bay Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Originator as a Vice President of Mortgage Lending.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a current Florida NMLS license and must live in the Tampa Bay Area.
If you would like to tell your clients, friends and families that you can offer basically any type of mortgage instrument in the industry, then this would be a great home for you. At Tampa Bay Home Mortgage, we offer a vast array of mortgage products, for example:
Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, Portfolio, Commercial, Reverse Mortgage, Land Construction build-up, Hard Money Loans, Lines of Credit, Fix and Flip, Fix and Hold, ARMs, and more!
This is your opportunity to work with investors who sometimes flip 2-5 properties per month, that means that 1 client is providing you with multiple loans per month!
Some loans close as fast as 5 days.
We partner with the largest lenders in the country, so you can offer the best products and experience to your clients.
- Flexible hours and you may work from home.
- Job Type: Commission plus sign-on bonus for experienced MLOs with a book of business.
